What we actually do differently
There are three ways to clean a dryer vent and only one of them works.
The quick method is a blower or shop vac pointed down the opening. Loose material at the ends moves, the compacted plug in the middle does not, and you get a receipt for it. The dryer continues to need two cycles because nothing that mattered was touched.
The one-end version brushes from the dryer side only. That works on a short straight run and does very little on a thirty-foot roof run with three elbows, because the brush never reaches the far half.
We come at it from both ends. Outside, the dryer stays powered and running so the air it produces pushes the loosened lint out through the cap rather than allowing it to drop back into the run. Inside, we kill the power, pull the machine away from the wall, feed the brush into the vent and draw the material down and out with a vacuum.
A long run with several elbows gets both ends. A short straight run does not need it, and we will say so rather than pad the job.
We know Tempe houses
This is the part a company covering four hundred square miles cannot do.
When you say Warner Ranch, we already know you have a roof termination on a run that is probably burning its whole code allowance on elbows. When you say Maple-Ash, we are expecting a retrofitted run somebody improvised into a house that was never built for one. When you say Broadmor, we bring extra bags, because sixty years in a six-foot run produces a pile people photograph.
Somebody servicing four hundred square miles discovers your configuration once they are standing in the room, long after the number was agreed.
The price is the price
$99 for a standard vent, roof included. $98 each for the two optional add-ons. All of it is published on the pricing page where anyone can read it before calling.
Very few companies doing this work will print a price, and the reason has nothing to do with the job being unpredictable. A number delivered in person, once the machine is already pulled out and you have blocked off the afternoon, is worth more to them than a number given on the phone. We have decided not to play it that way.
What we will not tell you
The trade has a reputation and it is partly earned.
We will not tell you your vent is a fire hazard to scare you into an add-on. Blocked vents genuinely are a fire risk and the NFPA data is on several pages of this site, but that is context, not a sales tactic. We will not invent a problem inside a wall neither of us can see. And if the checks say your duct is clear, we will tell you it is the appliance instead of cleaning something that did not need cleaning.
If your transition hose is already rigid and in good shape, you do not need the $98 upgrade and we will say so standing right there.
The proof is a pile on your floor
Nothing gets certified at the end of this. What exists is a pile of what came out of your duct, left in plain view.
Least sophisticated quality check in the world, and the only one that matters, because you can tell instantly whether $99 bought you anything. Every photo on this site is that moment on a real job in a real house.

Questions
What happens when I call?
You give us your street address and a preferred date and time, and we get you scheduled. We price the job on that call. There is no estimate visit and no sales call in between.
What hours can I call?
7am to 8pm. Same-day service is usually available if you catch us early enough in the day, and most bookings land within the same week either way.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. We need access to the dryer to disconnect it and work the run from the inside, and you should be there at the end when we show you what came out.
Do I need to move the dryer before you arrive?
No. We unplug it, disconnect the hose and pull it back ourselves, then put it back where it was and run it before we leave.
Will the price change once you get here?
No. $99 for a standard vent is what you were quoted and what you pay. If we find an actual blockage rather than normal lint, we stop, show you, and give you a number before doing anything.
What should I ask other companies?
Whether roof access is included in the number they just quoted. In south Tempe most two-story homes terminate through the roof, and the common play is a low phone quote followed by a surcharge or a cancellation once they see the house.
Do you take card?
Yes, and we can send a receipt by email or text if you need one for records or for a landlord.
